Mar Baselios college of Nursing, Bhopal hosted an engaging and impactful Independence Day celebration, commemorating the 78th anniversary of our nation's independence. The event, held at 8:30 am on our campus, was a remarkable success, uniting students and staffs of Mar Baselios college of Nursing & St. Thomas convent sr. sec school in a heartfelt tribute to national pride and unity.
The festivities began with a respectful flag-hoisting ceremony by the Bursar Rev. Fr. Thomas Arappurackal, followed by the national anthem. A highlight of the program was the impressive march past, featuring students from various houses of 'THOMASITES FAMILY', the school band, and the National Cadet Corps (NCC). Each group demonstrated their discipline and enthusiasm, adding a vibrant energy to the proceedings. A standout feature of the day was the keynote address by Prof. Ranjitha Rajesh, Principal who delivered an inspiring speech on the importance of patriotism and civic duty. The audience enjoyed range of performances, including patriotic songs, energetic dance routines, and a moving play that illustrated key moments in our country's history.
